Silly Diet

I’m sorry but this just sounds ridiculous!
The basis of the no flour, no sugar diet is just that. You eliminate all added sugar and all flour from your diet. This means that foods such as bread, pasta, cakes, candies, and other foods that contain sugar or flour must go. The no sugar, no flour diet plan is comparable to a low carb diet, since both plans call for the restriction or elimination of certain food groups or types of food.
Sugar and flour are both sources for quick energy. However, if our bodies don’t use this energy right away, it gets stored as fat. By restricting or eliminating these two components of our diet, our bodies must then rely on stored energy in order to function properly. This stored energy is commonly referred to as “fat”. When we are running off of energy that the body has already stored and not adding more weight loss is under way. Using exercise will help to propel your results, and help your overall health and wellbeing.
